smf-hv is slowly added to water with 25-30℃ temperature with constant mixing, increase the mixing speed to 1000-1500rpm for 20-30min to avoid clumping and reach full dispersing. then place it for 8-24h for use. product gel concentration depends on mixing speed and required viscosity.
placing too much time will cause mildew, so anti-mildew agent is suggested to use.
outer package is leather bag, with inner package of two layers of polyethylene film, or paper bag. standard quantity is 25±0.25kg or customization. stored in dry and ventilated places under the temperature of 0-30℃. shelf life: 24monthes.
