brief introduction
hfgel-120-q is quaternary ammonium cations modified organoclay, specifically designed as a thickening agent used in naphthenic oil, paraffin-based mineral oils and synthetic oils. it has good thickening properties, anti-corrosion properties and temperature resistance. hfgel-120-q organoclay can be either single dispersed in the base oil made bentonite grease, or can be used as a thickener and suspense agent in solid lubricants such as graphite and molybdenum disulfide. hfgel-120-q is made after three times of purification and then modified. it is without quartz, feldspar and other hard impurities, low abrasion. the grease made from it is suitable for high-speed, high load and precision machinery lubrication. it can be used in a long-term under a high temperature of 150 ℃, the temperature resistance is better than conventional lithium grease and polymerization urea grease, and is equal to molybdenum disulfide grease. hfgel-120-q can also be used in the grease for making cable.
